Challenges:
- Client was moving from one 'multi-tax'
environment into two discreet 'multi-tax' operating environments
- Over 10,000 active (23,000) terminated
employees, with 300-400 employees 'shared' between the two
environments
- 24/7 healthcare operation
- At start of project, client had over 2,200
custom programs
- Minimal resources available from the client
on a full-time project basis
- Resolution of account balances (i.e. PTO and
Flexible Spending), for terminating employees due to demerger
- Difficulty of the two groups to conform to
'division' solutions

- Created and maintained detailed project plan,
issues log and time schedule
- Provided client with excellent team resources
