Infinium Employee Self Service Consulting (ESS)

Infinium Self Service is a web based system that allows employees and managers to submit transactions for timely updates of employee information in Infinium Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The Infinium Self Service modules consist of Employee Self Service, Benefits Self Service and Manager Self Service. Below is a summary of each module.

The Infinium Employee Self Service module gives the employee the ability to view and update select information that is automatically transmitted to Infinium Human Capital Management (HCM) System.  Options available to the employee to view/update are as follows...

  • Access W2 information

  • Update W4 Information

  • View/Change Direct Deposit Information

  • Change Address

  • Enter Emergency Contact Information

  • View Pay History

  • Enter Timecard Information

  • Submit Time Off requests

The Infinium Benefits Self Service module can be setup to allow employees to submit benefit life style event changes during the enrollment year and provides the ability to for the Benefits Administrator to setup Open Enrollment via the web. 

Benefits Self Service is based on the benefit plan structure in the core product and provides real time updates for any benefit changes submitted through Self Service.  The employee can access information on what plans they are currently enrolled in.

The Infinium Manager Self Service module gives managers the ability to submit a Personnel Action changes through Self Service and update Infinium Human Capital Management.  Work flow approvals can be attached to any of these transactions before the information is finally updated in Infinium Human Capital Management.

There is no manual interface from Infinium Human Capital Management (HCM)  to Self Service.  Once there is a change in Benefit Plan setup in the core, an employee is hired, terminated, department changes, etc. Self Service automatically displays the change. 

Select menus and page views in Self Service can be modified to fit your organization’s preference.
